Themes: transitioning from manual labor to technological-driven economies, thwarting human potential for economic gain

 

Description: A re-purposed industrial conveyor rack with square circuit boards replacing half of the rollers was suspended, floating from the ceiling over a severely deteriorated shovel with a natural branch handle which lay beneath in the cast conveyor shadow. On the background wall the clock hands on a repurposed time clock spun rapidly, time accelerated out of control.
